Every recognized kindred in the domain will recieve a letter from Simone Martine, known Harpy of the Toreador clan. The letters are sealed but not postmarked, they are hand delivered or will will find their way to more secretive parties via the primogen and elders.

The envelope is yellowed, crisp and thick, even holding it up to the light will offer little in ways of figuring out contents before it is opened. The inner tri-folded paper is handwritten in an elegant, stylish scrïpt. The letter reads:

Dear [Each Kindred will be addressed as either Mr or Miss, followed by their last name or moniker.]

It is my pleasure to invite you to join the local Rose in a gathering this Halloween eve. We will be hosting an exclusive engagement at the Rock and Roll hall of fame.

All from our circles will be recieving invitation. As this is an exclusive gathering no guests will be allowed. The usual rules are to be respected even though this gathering will be far from formal.

Doors will open at Midnight and Costumes are welcome.

The bottom of the letter is signed dramatically:
